Each candidate wishing to join the team must overcome a series of comprehensive steps. Once motivation and competencies have been demonstrated, the future employee must undergo rigorous and intensive training in order to meet the requirements of the position. Cohesion between parties is a fundamental element. This is why each training session is endorsed by ISO standards. These standards are respected by the entire team to ensure excellent service at all times.
