Customer satisfaction has always been our prime concern. Our motto “the customer comes first” allows us to respect your priorities while offering you the personalized service you are entitled to.

Our cohesive team, with 37 years of experience in the management and operation of parking areas, ensures that our operations are efficient and successful.

Over the past decade, a crucial and very beneficial shift allowed SPAQ to view the future with confidence and optimism. In order to maintain SPAQ’s leadership position in the operation and management of parking areas, the team will stay the course and continue to be responsive to the needs of its customers.

The following are all essential elements of our success and efficiency: a growing number of contracts, an increase in clients who use our parking areas, a team that is competent, cohesive, qualified, friendly and flexible, tight control over operating expenses and the increase in revenue.

We take pride in the loyalty of our customers.

Over the last few years, SPAQ protected its interests by renewing all contracts that were due to expire. At the same time, we also finalized several new agreements, which resulted in a 30% increase in the number of managed spaces between 1999 and 2004.

We have now exceeded $33 million in sales and our team currently includes over 220 full-time and part-time employees. This is proof that SPAQ is here to stay.
